We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Cyprus.

In this role, you will manage end-to-end recruitment for business-critical positions, act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, and drive full-cycle search strategies. Responsibilities

• Own the full-cycle hiring process for business-critical roles

• Work closely with Hiring Managers to define candidate profiles, refine job requirements, and build tailored sourcing strategies

• Use multiple channels, including Direct Search, Networking, and Referral Programs, to identify and engage top talent

• Conduct structured interviews to evaluate candidates’ hard and soft skills, values, and alignment with business goals

• Ensure a seamless, transparent candidate journey with timely and constructive feedback at every stage

• Track recruiting metrics, optimise hiring funnels, and contribute to employer branding initiatives

Requirements

• Proven experience collaborating effectively with Hiring Managers as an advisor and expert

• Deep understanding of how quality hiring directly impacts business goals

• Ability to evaluate hard skills, soft skills, motivation, long-term potential, and culture fit

• Strong sense of ownership and autonomy to drive the recruitment process and make sound decisions

• Goal-oriented mindset with the resilience to handle complex searches and find non-standard solutions

• Hands-on experience managing the end-to-end hiring lifecycle

• Proficiency in English
