We are seeking to recruit a Human Resources Officer to join our HR Team in Limassol, Cyprus. The HR Officer plays a key role in supporting the day-to-day Human Resources operations, ensuring the efficient administration of HR processes and the delivery of high-quality employee services.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • University degree in Human Resource Management and/or relevant Human Resource Management qualifications;

  • Experience in Human Resources of at least 2 (two) years in the company or similar position and experience in another company;

  • Strong teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and take initiative;

  • Very good command of the English language.

Responsibilities:

  • Assisting with the performance management process as required and updating relevant records;

  • Administer and maintain employee compensation and benefits programs in line with company policies.

  • Assist in the review and enhancement of compensation and benefits practices to support employee engagement and retention.

  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll-related information.

  • Maintain HR databases and update employee records regularly.

  • Prepare employment contracts, letters, and other HR-related documentation.

  • Assist employees with HR-related queries and provide guidance on policies and procedures.

  • Prepare regular HR reports, dashboards, and workforce analytics.

  • Monitor and report on key HR metrics, including headcount, turnover, recruitment, absenteeism;

  • Undertaking special tasks and projects that might be assigned;

  • Providing support and assistance on all Human Resource related matters as required;

  • Ensuring that all relevant Human Resource procedures are implemented, as per the Company’s Office Manual;

  • Implementing effectively the Company’s Management System;

  • Contributing to the development of new or the amendment of existing procedures;

  • Promoting and supporting efforts for continual improvement.

The Human Resources Officer, reports and is accountable to the Group Human Resources Manager Cyprus.
