We are currently seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented QHSE Controller to join our team in Larnaca. This role is critical in ensuring compliance with national and international standards in quality, health, safety, and environmental practices, and in supporting our commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure effective implementation and continuous improvement of QHSE systems and procedures across all company operations.
• Conduct internal audits, inspections, and risk assessments in accordance with HACCP, ISO 22000, ISO 45001, and ISO 14001 standards.
• Provide QHSE training and guidance to staff, promoting awareness and adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee incident reporting, investigation, and follow-up, ensuring root cause analysis and corrective action implementation.
• Monitor KPIs, prepare QHSE reports, and contribute to the development of company-wide improvement plans.
• Act as the liaison between the company and external stakeholders, such as regulatory bodies and clients, on QHSE matters.
• Support the integration of sustainability and environmental practices into daily operations.

Candidate Profile

• University degree in Food Safety, Nutrition, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• Familiarity with international HACCP standards and systems.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Strong and assertive character, able to push for the strict implementation of procedures
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Proactive, can-do attitude, flexible and committed to continuous improvement.
• Team player with a results-driven attitude and attention to detail.
• Previous relevant experience in a similar role (1 to 3 years), especially within the food or industrial sector, will be considered a strong asset.
