Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of our construction projects. The successful candidate will coordinate construction teams, ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise construction projects from inception to completion.
• Ensure all projects are executed according to the approved design, timeline, and budget.
• Coordinate and supervise on-site workers, contractors, and subcontractors.
• Monitor construction progress and prepare detailed reports.
• Ensure safety standards and protocols are adhered to on-site.
• Communicate with clients, architects, engineers, and stakeholders.
• Manage project risks and implement mitigation strategies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Construction Manager (5+ years).
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations in Cyprus.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure.
• Fluent in English and Greek.
