PLUS PROPERTIES (GC) LTD is looking for an experienced and motivated Project Engineer to join the team.

Responsibilities & Duties

• Schedule projects and supervise project quality and progress.
• Coordinate all site activities.
• Prepare coordinated shop drawings between all activities.
• Prepare reports for clients and the manager.
• Prepare VO for clients and contractors.
• Review and check PC for contractors.
• Maintain good relationships with clients, consultants, contractors and subcontractors, and liaise for all activities.
• Implement the technical specifications of the projects in compliance with the approved plans and permits.
• Ensure the consultant's supervision as per consultancy agreements and regulations.
• Handle projects completion and snag lists.
• Follow final taking over procedures.
• Follow up clients' requirements and modifications.
• Carry out any other duties and responsibilities related to the position as may be assigned by the manager.
• The company head office is located in Larnaca, but attendance at construction sites in other cities of Cyprus is mandatory.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Member of ETEK.
• Valid contractor's license.
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar position.
• Experience in residential construction sites.
• Fluent in Greek and English, both spoken and written.
• Integrity of character, professionalism, and strong organisational and administrative skills.
• Excellent computer skills, including Word, Excel, MS Projects, AutoCAD and PowerPoint.
• Valid Cyprus driver's license.
