We are looking for an organised, proactive HR Administrator (Dutch Speaking) to support our HR team with day-to-day administrative tasks. This role suits someone detail-oriented who enjoys keeping things running smoothly in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed
- Maintain filing systems (electronic and physical)
- Order office supplies and manage inventory
- Assist with travel arrangements and expense reporting
- Support the team with administrative tasks, including payroll
- Liaise with internal departments and external partners
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational and time-management abilities
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Fluency in Dutch is essential to support communication with international teams
