Currently, bbf: is enlarging its internal staff, and we are looking for a Russian Speaking Receptionist for our project in Limassol.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Providing a high level of service at the complex reception — welcoming and coordinating residents and guests, creating a comfortable atmosphere.
• Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence, document management.
• Maintaining records, databases, and internal reporting.
• Promptly responding to residents’ inquiries by phone, email, or in person.
• Organizing visitor access, interacting with security and technical staff.

Requirements for the position:

• Fluency in Russian and English is required; knowledge of Greek is an advantage.
• Previous experience at a reception desk, in hospitality, or in an administrative role is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, business communication proficiency.
• Confident user of MS Office programs (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a dynamic environment.
• Presentable appearance, politeness, tact, and a friendly attitude.
• Responsibility, stress resistance, and the ability to work well in a team.
