The Client On-Boarding Team is responsible for ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new clients and the delivery of excellent client service.

We are looking for talented individuals to become part of our Global On-Boarding Team.

The successful candidate will responsible for handling the project management and project tasks of the client onboarding process.

Responsibilities

  • Perform technical setups according the client’s needs
  • Provide training and demonstration to new clients
  • Handling incoming client requests via chat, email and phone
  • Create a positive customer onboarding experience
  • Maintain a solid understanding of company’s offering and forthcoming releases

 Requirements

  • Relevant Degree would be considered an advantage
  • Experience in a technical customer support role is desired
  • Experience in Jira would be considered an advantage
  • Experience in FX industry would be considered an advantage
  • Excellent organizational & communication skills
  • Ability to grasp technical and financial concepts (training will be provided)
  • Be able to work under pressure
  • Fluency in English is an absolute must
  • Results driven and self-motivated
