Le Mare Spas is currently seeking for Hairdresser/ Receptionist for luxury 4 & 5* Hotel Spas in Ayia Napa and Larnaca.

OBJECTIVE
To provide excellent hands-on therapy services and customer service in a friendly, courteous, efficient and professional manner to guests, participating amongst a team that is familiar with and observes all objectives, standards and procedures as provided by Le Mare Spas.
Daily therapy tasks, responsibilities and duties:
Note: Specific tasks may include but are not limited to:
- Welcome customers and identify their preferences by asking pointed questions
- Recommend hairstyles and haircuts according to customers’ face shapes and tastes
- Wash, rinse and dry clients’ hair using appropriate shampoos and conditioners (e.g. for oily hair or dry scalp)
- Cut, trim and shave hair using professional equipment
- Apply a wide range of hair coloring techniques, like highlights, ombre and balayage
- Create hairstyles for formal events and everyday looks, including braids, ponytails and buns
- Apply hair treatment products, as needed (e.g. color protection creams and hydrating masks)
- Form bonds with loyal customers and remember their hairstyle preferences
- Manage bookings and serve walk-ins
- Cross-sell hair care products or services, when appropriate
- Ensuring that workstations are kept clean and orderly.
- Knowledge of the brands used.
- Consulting clients on their routines.
- Comply with health and safety regulations
- To provide outstanding customer service directly at the Spa, by phone, email, or other way of communication.
- To comply with Le Mare Spas forms and procedures and implement accordingly with the team;
- To ensure the retail area is correctly displayed and accessible to guests;
- Ensure guests receive a warm welcome to the premises and providing a high level of hospitality, showing guests through to the relaxation areas.
- Ensure that all bookings are confirmed and booked in such a way to maximise in revenue.
Hairdresser’s Requirements:
- High school diploma.
- Hairdressing diploma.
- Proven working experience.
- In-depth knowledge of make-up techniques and cosmetology trends.
- The ability to concentrate for extended periods of time.
- Detail-orientated and patient.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination.
- Effective communication skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
