The Sentido Thalassa Coral Bay Hotel is seeking to employ Cook A'
Main Responsibilities:
- Under the supervision of the Executive Chef to be responsible of the food production area assigned to him by the Executive Chef and pursuing the following objectives.
- Maintaining the highest standards of hygiene, cleanliness and safety.
- Maintaining discipline amongst the staff assigned to assist him.
- Actively contributing towards the on-the-job training of the staff.
- To achieve the highest standard of food service in his area of responsibility.
- To achieve through his work the highest standards of food preparation, cookery and presentation in his area of responsibility.
- To ensure that the ISO and HACCP procedures are being followed.
