The Sentido Thalassa Coral Bay Hotel is seeking to employ Cook A' 

Main Responsibilities:

• Under the supervision of the Executive Chef to be responsible of the food production area assigned to him by the Executive Chef and pursuing the following objectives.
• Maintaining the highest standards of hygiene, cleanliness and safety.
• Maintaining discipline amongst the staff assigned to assist him.  
• Actively contributing towards the on-the-job training of the staff.
• To achieve the highest standard of food service in his area of responsibility.
• To achieve through his work the highest standards of food preparation, cookery and presentation in his area of responsibility.
• To ensure that the ISO and HACCP procedures are being followed.
