La Mer Homes is currently seeking to recruit a Housekeeper to be a part of our growing company. The general responsibilities to the position are as follows, but are not limited to:
- To be in charge of the Company's Housekeeping department.
- Manage the daily activities of the housekeeping department which include appropriate cleaning of all properties, public areas and offices
- To be responsible at all times and ensure that any cleaning provided has been done so correctly, following the Company’s procedures and ensuring the correct standards are achieved
- To ensure that housekeeping staff wears the correct uniform at all times whilst on duty.
- Coordinate the cleaning with the cleaning company/supplier
- Coordinate all cleaning products purchases
- Coordinate the linen/bath robes/ slippers needed for the year
- Ensure all properties are cared for and inspected according to standards
- High work standards including the ability to meet performance standards without supervision
- Operate mechanized cleaning equipment
- Deal with reasonable complaints/requests with professionalism and patience
- To assist when required with the cleaning of the Company’s properties
- English and Greek language
- At least 1 year of relevant experience
- Easy to adapt and sense of style
- Act fast under pressure
- Polite and Team player
- Able to handle a small team of 2-4 people
- Technology oriented (Android system)
