JOB VACANCY

La Mer Homes is currently seeking to recruit a Housekeeper to be a part of our growing company. The general responsibilities to the position are as follows, but are not limited to:

1. Manage the daily activities of the housekeeping department which include appropriate cleaning of all properties, public areas and offices
2. To be responsible at all times and ensure that any clean provided has been done so correctly following the Company’s procedures and ensuring the correct standards are achieved
3. To ensure that housekeeping staff wears the correct uniform at all times whilst on duty.
4. Coordinate the cleaning with the cleaning company/supplier
5. Coordinate all cleaning products purchases
6. Coordinate the linen/bath robes/ slippers needed for the year
7. Ensure all properties are cared for and inspected according to standards
8. High work standards including the ability to meet performance standards without supervision
9. Operate mechanized cleaning equipment
10. Deal with reasonable complaints/requests with professionalism and patience
11. To assist when required with the cleaning of the Company’s properties

Requirements:

1. English and Greek language
2. At least 1 year of relevant experience
3. Easy to adapt and sense of style
4. Act fast under pressure
5. Polite and Team player
6. Able to handle a small team of 2-4 people
7. Technology oriented (Android system)
