Key Duties/Responsibilities: 

  • General office administrative task.
  • Updating corporate files.
  • Submission of Annual Return (HE32) with Financial Statements.  
  • Arrangement for the payment of Annual Levy for an on behalf of clients.
  • Perform other clerical duties such as filing, photocopying and faxing.
  • Preparing couriers, envelopes for post and arranging messenger pick up etc.
  • Answering telephones, ordering office supplies.
  • Archiving company files.
  • Outdoor duties such as going to the Companies Registrar, collecting seals, going to post office, buying supplies etc.
  • Other admin duties as and when required and assigned.
  • Provide timely and efficient administrative assistance to the Managing Director (MD)
  • Undertakes daily general office duties such as administration work of local and foreign companies
  • Covering the reception area and welcome guests on demand of the MD
  • Liaising with Associate and Clients
  • Scheduling appointments and be responsible for the travel bookings, hotel accommodation of the MD
  • Other day-to-day general administrative duties

 
Key Skills/Experience:
 

  • Any relevant academic background related to Business Administration or Secretarial Studies will be considered an advantage.
  • Excellent time management and organisation skills are essential.
  • Fluency in Greek and English (Written & Spoken). Knowledge of Italian or Russian will be considered as a great advantage
  • Good IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel, as various duties include updating spreadsheets.
  • Excellent communication and client service skills.
  • Fast thinker, enthusiastic person with good organisational abilities
    Team player and able to work under pressure sometimes doing multiple tasks
    Friendly and polite personality in tough situations

 

Qualifications:
 

  • Relevant College or University Degree in the subject field (Secretarial Studies or Office Management)
    At least 2 years previous experience in similar role

Working hours: 09:00 - 17:00, Friday afternoons off (but can be flexible)
