Job Role
As a Junior IT Administrator at McDonald’s, you will be working in a pleasant work environment that requires teamwork and professionalism. This role includes both work at the IT Department headquarters and restaurants for equipment installation and maintenance.
Main Duties:
- Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners
- Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.
- Timely management of various services issues and requests
- Providing technical support across the company (in person or over the phone)
Qualifications required
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related field
- Very good knowledge of the Greek and English Language (verbal & written)
- Very good knowledge of systems’ hardware and networking
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Teamwork and collaboration skills
- Ability to work under pressure and within strict deadlines
