The position:

We are looking for a passionate and self-motivated professional to join our Business Analysis team!


The main responsibilities of the position include:

  • Designing, implementing strategies to generate new sales and adequately monitoring the company’s marketing and business operations and performance
  • Performing market and hedge fund analysis for the identification of business development opportunities and cost efficiencies
  • Responsible for the preparation of marketing material and fund fact reports and statistics metrics
  • Exploring and following up on business development leads and opportunities
  • Acting as the right-hand person to the COO and preparing ad-hoc information as requested
  • Maintaining considerable client contact and accompanying when needed management to road shows, marketing events and conferences
  • Responsible for the Company's website content management and image/brand promotion
  • Maintaining a Hedge Fund industry events calendar, communicating to management as requested and expanding the prospective investors contacts list
  • Conducting market research in Researching Alternative Investment/Hedge Fund industry websites and preparing information of the competition
  • Reconciling and evaluating data from multiple sources and resolving any discrepancies identified


Main requirements:

  • BSc/MSc in Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, Business, or any other relevant field
  • Minimum of two years’ experience is a must
  • Strong IT skills including knowledge of relational database concepts, SQL and Microsoft Excel
  • CFA qualification is a definite plus
  • Excellent time management, presentation skills and organizational capabilities
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail
  • Resourcefulness and demonstrate initiative in developing and implementing strategies to generate sales to new and existing hedge fund clients
  • Highly developed sales, persuasion, and negotiation skills with strong client relationships
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Greek
  • Ability to work within a fast-paced environment
