YGIA Polyclinic Private Hospital Ltd is looking to hire an experienced Human Resources Manager to join our management team (HRD-01/2020).  

The HR Manager will be responsible for all aspects of HR Strategy and execution, including recruitment, performance management, training and development initiatives and compensation schemes.

Required Qualification:

  1. 5 years related experience is required.

  2. Experience in the Health Care industry will be considered as an advantage.

  3. Master’s degree in one of the following: Human Resources, Business Management, Economics, or similar field.

  4. Relevant Professional Certifications will be considered as an advantage.

  5. Membership in a relevant Professional Body will be considered as an advantage.

  6. Excellent knowledge of Greek and English language.

  7. Excellent knowledge of Computers.

  8. Clean Criminal Record.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Plans, directs, supervises, and coordinates the activities of employees at the Human Resources Division. 

  2. Coordinates and controls the transfer, staffing, resignations/ retirements, recruitment of employees and establishes employee succession plans.

  3. Coordinates and controls the training and development programs for all employees.

  4. Manages and controls the implementation of the staff performance appraisal system.

  5. Supervises and controls of the payroll and benefits/rewards to employees.

  6. Promotes effective industrial relations and provides controls for the implementation of respective employment legislation.

  7. Manages and controls the establishment of documented HR policies and procedures.

  8. Responsible for establishing policies and practices to promote effective communication within the organization.

  9. Conducts employee opinion surveys.

  10. Prepares reports on staffing and staff productivity.

  11. Manages the budget and finances within the HR Division.

  12. Supervises and ensures the effective operation of the HR Management Information System.

  13. Complies with the Hospital’s quality standards, internal regulations, and with the Management’s decisions, policies, and directive. 

  14. Resumes any other related duties and responsibilities assigned by the General Manager or any other competent authority.
