Advance Career, on behalf of our client, a Ship Management Company in Limassol, is looking to recruit a Part-time Office Assistant;
Responsibilities:
- Managing phone calls and company general email account.
- Sorting and distributing incoming and outgoing mail.
- Greeting visitors.
- Updating paperwork and maintaining documents.
- Carrying out other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Minimum High School Diploma.
- Fluent in both English and Greek (written and oral).
- Experience as an Office Assistant or in related field.
- Warm and open personality with good communication skills.
- Working hours: 9:00 - 13:00/14:00
