Advance Career, on behalf of our client, a Ship Management Company in Limassol, is looking to recruit a Part-time Office Assistant;

Responsibilities:

  • Managing phone calls and company general email account.
  • Sorting and distributing incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Greeting visitors.
  • Updating paperwork and maintaining documents.
  • Carrying out other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum High School Diploma.
  • Fluent in both English and Greek (written and oral).
  • Experience as an Office Assistant or in related field.
  • Warm and open personality with good communication skills.
  • Working hours: 9:00 - 13:00/14:00
