iRepair Cyprus is a smartphone, tablet and computer repair company with retail and service locations across the island. We are looking for a technician for our Nicosia shop at Themistokli Dervi 25.

Full-time or part-time; part-time hours can be arranged around a class timetable.

What the job is

• Close cooperation with the Senior Technician.
• Diagnose simple or complex problems accurately and within a timely fashion.
• Provide customers with frequent updates on the repair status.
• Detailed repair work and after-service quality control.
• Provide exceptional customer service through an efficient and high quality repair service.

What we are looking for

• Customer service oriented, and able to handle issues effectively.
• Strong work ethic within a team, and able to work well with minimum supervision.
• Keeping up to date with the latest technologies and repair techniques.
• Problem solving, initiative and clear communication.
• Right to work in Cyprus.

No previous repair experience is required – technically minded people who are careful with their hands are trained by us on the bench. Greek and English are both useful at the counter.
