KPMG LAW, operating through Theodorides, Georgiou, Iacovou & CO LLC at its offices in Limassol, is seeking a dedicated and highly motivated Lawyer to join its expanding team on a full-time basis.

Τhe position is ideal for a recently qualified lawyer who is eager to develop professionally in a dynamic environment, gaining exposure to a wide spectrum of legal work and close collaboration with experienced lawyers.

The Opportunity

The successful candidate will be involved in, among others:

• Drafting, reviewing, and executing various legal and other documents
• Assisting with court applications on corporate matters and appearing before the courts as required
• Assisting with advisory and transactional work across a variety of client projects
• Conducting legal research and preparing reports and legal opinions
• Communicating with clients and participating in meetings and conference calls
• Supporting the day-to-day operations of the Legal Practice with professionalism and confidentiality
• Asssisting with due diligences
• Liaising with various public authorities

The Requirements

• University degree in Law with a grade of 2:1 or equivalent
• Master’s degree (LLM) would be considered as advantage
• Successful completion of legal training/practice or up to 1 year post-qualification experience
• Member of Cyprus Bar Association or eligible for registration
• Excellent knowledge of the Greek and English languages (written and spoken)
• Strong analytical, drafting, and research skills
• Business awareness, high motivation, and eagerness to learn and develop
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
