Key responsibilities:
 
  • Oversees and provides continuous support on the monetisation of real estate assets across the entire spectrum of the real estate market;
  • Promotes real estate assets to potential buyers, generated either directly or through the network of agents;
  • Determines potential buyers’ needs and proposes solutions;
  • Coordinates with the Sales Manager to ensure effective organisation of appointments with clients and their proper registration in the company’s CRM;
  • Shows potential buyers available real estate assets and provides thorough feedback after completion of property viewings;
  • Negotiates directly with potential buyers;
  • Follows up with potential buyers by implementing the company’s Follow Up Policy, ensures on time submission of feedback and up-date of the Company’s CRM;
  • Maintains close relations with clients, meets them on a regular basis and pursues the generation of referrals and new sales;
  • Maintains close relationships with real estate agents, recruits new agents and contributes to the overall expansion of the Company’s business network;
  • Prepares detailed analysis and relevant recommendations for offers received;
  • Seeks advice and assistance from other members of the team when coming across information outside his / her area of expertise (i.e. asset management, real estate law) to optimise disposal strategies;
  • Continually monitors asking price and sale strategy;
  • Manages the sources of sales leads;
  • Reports on the sales progress to the Head of Real Estate Sales and Real Estate Sales Manager;
  • Reports on real estate assets defects to Sales Manager;
  • Provides regular reports on the marketing situation and competition; launch of new projects and real estate assets in the market, price analysis and sales.
