CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a Cyprus-based software and AI development company delivering custom software solutions built to scale, we are seeking to recruit a Senior QA AI Engineer to join their growing team based in Nicosia. The successful applicant will primarily be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining AI-powered solutions that enhance Quality Assurance processes.  Our client is seeking applicants who are educated to degree level in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or another relevant field with a strong background in Software Quality Assurance and Testing. Experience with Azure AI Foundry, Generative AI technologies and GitHub Copilot is essential, and knowledge of Azure DevOps, Azure Pipelines, and CI/CD practices is a must. Exposure to AI architecture or framework design decisions will be considered an advantage. Working hours are flexible, starting between 7:30 and 8:30 and finishing between 15:30 and 16:30 from Monday to Friday.

Key Duties/Responsibilities: 

• Develop AI solutions to support QA activities, including test case generation, test data creation, and defect analysis.
• Build and maintain AI assistants and agents that improve testing productivity and quality outcomes.
• Utilise Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, and AI Search to deliver QA-focused solutions.
• Integrate AI tools into QA workflows and Azure DevOps pipelines.
• Evaluate, validate, and continuously improve AI-generated outputs.
• Collaborate with QA, Product, and Development teams to identify opportunities for AI-driven process improvements.

Key Skills/Experience: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or any other relevant field.
• Strong background in Software Quality Assurance and Testing.
• Experience with Azure AI Foundry and Generative AI technologies.
• Experience with GitHub Copilot.
• Knowledge of Azure DevOps, Azure Pipelines, and CI/CD practices.
• Proficiency in Python and API integration.
• Understanding of Prompt Engineering, AI Agents, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Nice to Have: 

• Experience testing across web and mobile platforms.
• Exposure to AI architecture or framework design decisions.
