At The Nines hotel, we are looking for an experienced and motivated Front Office Manager to join our dynamic team in Ayia Napa.

Role overview

The successful candidate will oversee daily Front Office operations, lead the team, ensure exceptional guest satisfaction, and work closely with Reservations and other hotel departments to achieve operational excellence and maximise revenue opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and oversee daily Front Office operations, ensuring efficient and professional service at all times
• Lead, supervise, train, and motivate the Front Office team to deliver exceptional guest experiences
• Ensure smooth check-in and check-out procedures and accurate handling of guest accounts
• Coordinate with the Reservations Department on room availability, room allocations, special requests, and occupancy
• Work closely with the Housekeeping department to ensure room readiness and efficient room allocation
• Handle guest enquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally
• Monitor guest feedback and implement improvements to enhance satisfaction and service standards
• Identify opportunities to increase revenue through upselling and effective room management
• Ensure accurate daily reports, shift handovers, cashiering, and adherence to hotel procedures
• Monitor departmental performance and ensure compliance with hotel standards, policies, and health and safety requirements

Requirements

• Previous experience in similar responsibilities
• Excellent communication and guest relations abilities
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Good knowledge of hotel Property Management Systems (PMS) and front office procedures
• Excellent command of English; additional languages will be considered an advantage
• Ability to work under pressure, manage priorities, and make effective decisions
• Professional attitude, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to guest satisfaction
