IMH - HR Officer
IMHResponsibilities
- Maintain and update employee records.
- Handle HR data in accordance with GDPR and company data protection policies.
- Support payroll administration by preparing HR-related information and monthly employee updates.
- Assist with recruitment processes, including job postings, CV screening and interview scheduling.
- Support onboarding, offboarding and induction processes.
- Ensure compliance with internal HR processes and Cyprus labour legislation.
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency within the HR software system.
- Support the coordination of internal trainings and employee development initiatives.
- Handle HRDA (ΑνΑΔ) procedures, including preparation and submission of applications and training registrations through the HRDA platform.
- Assist with the coordination of performance reviews and related follow-ups.
- Assist in the implementation of HR initiatives focused on employee engagement, employer branding, wellbeing and organisational culture.
- Assist in planning and coordinating internal employee events and activities.
- Assist with the coordination of health & safety procedures and related documentation.
- Provide guidance and support on HR-related queries and matters.
- Support additional HR-related tasks and projects as required.
Requirements
- University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Sociology or another related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in an HR role will be considered an advantage. Strong internship experience will also be considered.
- Knowledge of Cyprus Labour Law and regulation will be considered an advantage.
- Excellent command of English and Greek, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
