AZIA RESORT & SPA, an exceptional 5 star hotel in Paphos, is looking to hire for the position of
RECEPTION SUPERVISOR
Tasks:
- Supervising the Front Office procedures.
- Helping and training Reception staff.
The candidates should have:
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
- EU citizenship or EU work permit.
- Excellent knowledge of English language.
- Natural flair for first class service.
- Proven leadership and communication skills in supporting a team.
- Outstanding service orientation with the ability to focus and deliver on guest satisfaction.
- High standard of and computer skills and good knowledge of reservations.
- Team spirit and pleasant personality.
- Ability to maintain high attention to detail and exceptionally strong service standards.
