We are hiring an Operations & Logistics Assistant to join our company and support the daily coordination of operations within the logistics departments.

This role plays an important part in ensuring a smooth supply chain and effective day-to-day coordination across the team.

Working hours

• Full-time position
• Monday to Friday
• 08:00 - 17:00, including a 1-hour lunch break

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily operations across the supply chain
• Liaise with clients, internal teams and business partners
• Monitor schedules and documentation
• Ensure smooth communication
• Follow up on tasks
• Maintain records and reports

Requirements

• Strong organisational skills
• Multitasking skills
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in English
• Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word and Outlook
• Previous experience is not required
