Collaborating with multiple departments, you will help uphold Kanika Hotels & Resorts commitment to delivering exceptional holiday experiences in Cyprus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor store par levels and collaborate with the Stores and Purchasing Officer
• Input invoices into the system and check prices against agreed terms
• Stay updated on market trends for products and materials
• Work with the Central Purchasing Department to ensure correct product purchases at agreed prices
• Ensure compliance with company financial policies for Purchasing and Storekeeping

Qualifications and Experience:

• High School Diploma; Bachelor’s in Hospitality, Quality, or Finance is a plus
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a 4 or 5-star hotel
• Proficient in Greek and English
• Strong computer skills; experience with Fidelio Materials is an advantage
• Excellent organizational and reporting skills
• EU citizen or holder of an EU work permit
