We are seeking a qualified and experienced Legal Advisor & Administration to join our team.

Responsibilities
  • Provide accurate, relevant and timely advice to management and other staff on a variety of legal topics related to the business sector and its services.
  • Communicate with and manage third-party bodies such as external counsel or auditors.
  • Structure, draft, review and negotiate agreements and other legal documents.
  • Update existing templates and contracting processes.
  • Provide legal support and overview for closings and other transactions.
  • Incorporate companies and complete and file company forms through the online filing system of the Registrar of Companies.
  • Liaise with government-related authorities.
  • Review and draft directors' and shareholders' minutes and resolutions, as well as agreements, powers of attorney and other corporate documents.
  • Handle client due diligence and KYC procedures with banks.
  • Support the development and implementation of the firm's compliance regime.
  • Stay up to date with changes to legislation, particularly laws, rules and regulations that directly affect the business and its industry.
  • Handle legal matters for clients referred by the company.
  • Perform any other duties related to the position as assigned by management.
Requirements
  • Law degree (LLB) from a recognised university.
  • Previous experience in property law, real estate, contracts or corporate law will be highly advantageous.
  • Previous experience in an administrative or office-based role.
  • Strong knowledge of contract review and legal documentation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Greek.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise effectively and meet deadlines.
  • Professional, reliable and responsible approach.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
