Legal Advisor & Administration
PLUS PROPERTIES (GC) LTDWe are seeking a qualified and experienced Legal Advisor & Administration to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Provide accurate, relevant and timely advice to management and other staff on a variety of legal topics related to the business sector and its services.
- Communicate with and manage third-party bodies such as external counsel or auditors.
- Structure, draft, review and negotiate agreements and other legal documents.
- Update existing templates and contracting processes.
- Provide legal support and overview for closings and other transactions.
- Incorporate companies and complete and file company forms through the online filing system of the Registrar of Companies.
- Liaise with government-related authorities.
- Review and draft directors' and shareholders' minutes and resolutions, as well as agreements, powers of attorney and other corporate documents.
- Handle client due diligence and KYC procedures with banks.
- Support the development and implementation of the firm's compliance regime.
- Stay up to date with changes to legislation, particularly laws, rules and regulations that directly affect the business and its industry.
- Handle legal matters for clients referred by the company.
- Perform any other duties related to the position as assigned by management.
Requirements
- Law degree (LLB) from a recognised university.
- Previous experience in property law, real estate, contracts or corporate law will be highly advantageous.
- Previous experience in an administrative or office-based role.
- Strong knowledge of contract review and legal documentation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Greek.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise effectively and meet deadlines.
- Professional, reliable and responsible approach.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
