As part of our continuous growth and development, we are currently looking to reinforce our operations, at our headquarters in Limassol, with a highly motivated Office Manager.

The position

We are looking for an organised and proactive Project Coordinator to support the successful delivery of EU-funded projects, working with internal teams, project partners and consortium members across European programmes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the day-to-day administration and delivery of EU-funded projects, including Digital Europe, Horizon Europe and other European programmes.

  • Monitor project timelines, milestones, deliverables and action points, ensuring deadlines and project requirements are followed.

  • Coordinate with consortium partners, internal teams and external stakeholders and support regular project communication.

  • Organise project meetings and workshops, including agendas, minutes, action points and follow-up.

  • Support the preparation of project reports, deliverables, presentations and supporting documentation.

  • Maintain project trackers, records and documentation, including budgets, costs, timesheets and project-related expenditure.

  • Work closely with Finance and other internal teams to support financial reporting and compliance with funding requirements.

  • Monitor upcoming deadlines and project risks and escalate any delays or outstanding actions where required.

  • Support project events, meetings and other operational activities as required.

Requirements

  • University degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Finance, Economics, European Studies, Law, Technology or another relevant field.

  • Strong organisational, coordination and time-management skills with excellent attention to detail.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines and stakeholders.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Greek will be considered an advantage.

  • Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with multidisciplinary teams.

  • Previous experience with EU-funded projects or European funding programmes such as Digital Europe, Horizon Europe, CEF, Erasmus+ or Interreg will be considered a strong advantage.

  • Experience with EU project reporting, Grant Agreements, budgets, eligible costs, audits or the EU Funding & Tenders Portal will be considered an advantage.
