Royal Pine - Remote Accountant (Financial Services Officer)
Royal PineRole: Financial Services Officer (Client Accountant)
When you apply, make the subject line exactly: "Accountant, I actually read the whole thing"
How good could you be in two years, if a firm actually invested in you?
Most accountants spend their early years doing one slice of someone else's job, learning slowly, waiting on a qualification nobody is funding. This role, our Financial Services Officer, is the opposite. You own a portfolio of client companies end to end, a senior mentor works the cases beside you rather than above you, and we fund your ACCA while you do real work. Do two or three years of this well and you will be as sharp as people five years in elsewhere.
Most firms in Cyprus run on one senior partner's memory. We are building the opposite: an operating system that puts the whole firm's know-how at your fingertips. It is not finished yet, and that is exactly why joining now is worth it. You help build it, and you own real client work while you do. This is a remote role within Cyprus, so where you live does not matter.
If you have not read the rest of our careers page, start there. It covers how we work, what we value and how we hire. This page is about the role itself.

Who does well in this role
The people who thrive here are the same kind of person. You are methodical, and you actually enjoy getting the detail right, because you know a reconciliation that is a euro out is out. You take ownership: when something is yours, you do not wait to be chased, and you do not push a problem upward the moment it gets hard. You stay calm against a deadline, because here the deadlines are real and they do not move. And you are curious about the businesses behind the numbers, because the better you understand a client, the more you can save them.

You will be graded on accuracy, timeliness, client continuity and your ACCA progress, not on hours at a desk. As you prove yourself, you will take on more complex clients and can progress toward Senior Accountant and the lead track.
