Duties and responsibilities:

• Prepare the budget of the operation and submit to Food and Beverage Manager
• Supervise the overall operation of the restaurants
• Order items from the main store
• Develop the weekly Departmental Staff Timetable
• Supervise the preparation and execution of functions
• Participate in management meetings, including management reviews for the quality system
• Supervise the training and development of departmental staff

• Completes additional duties as assigned by the Head of Dept and/or General Manager.

• Conforms to the Hotel’s and dept’s IMS procedures and safe working method statements.

Job Specifications:

• Work Experience: At least 5 years in similar position
• Academic Qualification: Lyceum Certificate, Diploma in Hotel and Catering Management
• Computer Knowledge: Microsoft Excel and Word
• Languages: English or German, fluently speaking.
