Adsterra is an online advertising company. Our main project supports and develops an international online advertising platform that is among the Top 3 in the world.

We are expanding and looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team.

What you will do

• Manage the full recruitment cycle for multiple open positions with a high volume of candidates
• Partner with hiring managers to identify hiring needs and define candidate profiles
• Source candidates, including cold outreach, using various channels, Boolean searches, and tailored outreach messages
• Draft and publish job listings and write clear role descriptions
• Conduct interviews by presenting the role and assessing competencies
• Coordinate recruitment stages, facilitate interviews, and participate in final hiring decisions
• Prepare and present offers, handle objections, and support candidates through to onboarding
• Analyse the hiring funnel and work with recruitment metrics
• Improve recruitment processes and identify and resolve bottlenecks
• Participate in HR projects (salary and labour market analytics, etc.)

What we are looking for

• Eligible to work in Cyprus
• Fluent English (B2-C1)
• Russian (from B2)
• IT recruitment experience (minimum 1 year), either in-house or at recruitment agencies
• Knowledge of sourcing tools (Boolean search, LinkedIn, local platforms)
• Knowledge of interview methodologies
• Experience with recruitment analytics (data collection, interpretation, and drawing conclusions)
