Administrative Assistant (accounting & human resources)
Newrest GroupNewrest, a leading company in the airlines catering sector, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Administrative department (accounting & human resources) in Larnaca, Cyprus.
Location: Dromolaxia Industrial Area, Larnaca, Cyprus
Main Responsibilities:

Accurately check and correct "delivery notes" information in the company's system (ERP) before validating them

Ensuring that all departments involved provide the necessary information to ensure preper and timely invoicing for each invoicing period

Updating billing prices in the system to guarantee full compliance with the customer Price Lists communicated by the commercial department

Recording Supplier invoices data in the company's software

Preparing the necessary excel files to back invoices wherever this is required

Maintaining training records and supporting the coordination of staff training sessions

Collect, check and file the paperwork of new hires and of current staff
Profile & Skills:
-
Good use of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook; experience using a data management software is not mandatory but will be considered an advantage.

A reliable team player with a proactive, can-do attitude.

Fluent in Greek and English, both spoken and written.

Ability to remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Strong attention to detail, precision, and reliability are key to success in this role.

Bachelor degree in any relevant field would be an advantage
Contract & Start Date:
-
Full-time, permanent position (following a probation period of 6 months)

Monday to friday, 08:00-17:00 with one hour break

Immediate start preferred to ensure a successful handover
