Our law firm is seeking a Trainee Lawyer for full-time employment. The successful candidate should have an interest in and basic knowledge of Real Estate and Corporate Law.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparation and review of sale and purchase agreements, transfer documents, and other real estate-related documentation

• Assisting with property acquisition and transfer matters

• Drafting corporate documents, resolutions, and minutes

• Liaising with the Land Registry, Registrar of Companies, government authorities, and clients

• Conducting legal research and providing administrative support to the firm

Requirements

• Law degree (LL.B.)

• Registered as a Trainee Lawyer or eligible for registration

• Basic knowledge of real estate transactions and corporate law

• Excellent command of Greek and English, both written and spoken

• Good computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel

• Strong organizational skills, professionalism, and attention to detail
