The successful candidates must have the following characteristics:

• University degree in law
• Cyprus Bar Association member
• Good Knowledge of Corporate Governance
• Excellent knowledge of Greek and English written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of the Russian language will be considered as an advantage.
• Strong Organizational Skills and ability to effectively prioritize demands under time pressure on short notice
• Computer Literate
• 2-3 years working experience in the Corporate field

Job Description

• Drafting and reviewing various types of agreements and contracts
• Drafting of Legal documents: including but not restricted to minutes, agreements, company formation documents, resolutions, power of Attorney etc
• Drafting of trust deeds, declarations and contracts.
• Drafting and Reviewing Agreements in relation to acquisitions, sale of assets and property transaction related closing (Property Law)
• Liquidations/ Strike Off of Cyprus and foreign jurisdiction Companies
• Ensure Compliance under the AML Legislation and carry out the required Due Diligence/ KYC procedure on clients (Basic knowledge)
• Reviewing and commenting on transactions and/or legal documents from Cyprus Law perspective
• Advising on matters of Corporate and/or Commercial matters from Cyprus Law perspective.
• Other duties normally associated with such a position - including coordination of contracts execution and archive/database
