Aphrodite Hills is seeking a Wedding and Events Coordinator to join its team.
Key Requirements
- Previous experience in similar positions within the industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent knowledge of Greek and English
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure
- Flexible schedule
Main Duties
- Handle correspondence with clients prior to and during their stay
- Prepare all necessary administrative work
- Meet with clients to understand their vision, preferences, and expectations for the event or wedding
- Assist clients in choosing themes, venues, and vendors (e.g., florists, photographers), and other services
- Manage the event flow and ensure all activities run on time
- Provide support and guidance to clients during the event, including handling last-minute changes or challenges
- Check the event venue and ensure everything is arranged according to plan
- Act as the main point of contact for all involved parties, resolving any issues or emergencies
- Carry out any other duties as assigned by Management
