The company CORALCLIFF LIMITED (operating the Adelais Bay Hotel), with employer identification No. 3058257/3/5510, is seeking to recruit one (1) Kitchen Assistant to join its hospitality team.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assisting chefs with basic food preparation tasks (washing, peeling, chopping vegetables, etc.)
• Washing dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment
• Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in kitchen and storage areas
• Assisting with receiving and storing deliveries according to HACCP standards
• Supporting the kitchen team during service hours
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations

Required Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a similar position will be considered an advantage
• Basic knowledge of food hygiene and safety procedures
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Teamwork skills and positive attitude
• Good knowledge of English
• EU citizen or valid work permit in Cyprus

Salary:
Gross monthly salary: €1,350 (depending on experience)
