THE COMPANY

On behalf of our client, a dynamic payroll software Company, we seek to recruit an experienced and high calibre professional for the position of Senior Payroll Software Consultant, to be based in Nicosia.

THE POSITION

The successful candidate will report to the Director of the Company and will be responsible for resolving application issues that arise from the Company’s clients using the software.

More specifically, the responsibilities of the successful candidate will be the following, amongst other:

• Deliver ongoing assistance, advice and support to clients on issues regarding the system, ensuring their satisfaction.

• Oversee and ensure the seamless operation of clients’ payroll processes to guarantee accuracy and timeliness.

• Consult payroll users on relevant laws, regulations, and best practices regarding payroll to ensure compliance.

• Provide targeted training sessions to users for the optimal utilisation of the system.

• Gather and analyse clients’ needs and system requirements to facilitate effective system implementation.

• Respond promptly and efficiently to client enquiries and resolve ad-hoc issues in an efficient and timely manner.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships, consistently delivering exceptional customer service according to the Company’s standards.

• Perform any additional related duties as required to support the Company’s objectives and overall success.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or in a related discipline

• At least three (3) years of professional experience in payroll software support / advisory

• Strong self-motivation and the ability to perform effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage confidently with clients and team members

• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality in all tasks

• Time and project management skills, including the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously in adherence to deadlines

• Ability to uphold the highest standards of professional integrity and trustworthiness in all aspects of work

• Excellent knowledge of the Greek and English languages, both written and verbal

• Excellent knowledge of the MS Office package alongside robust IT skills

REMUNERATION PACKAGE
