THE COMPANY

On behalf of our client, a leading Group of Companies operating in the food manufacturing and retail sector, we seek to recruit a self-motivated and high calibre Digital Performance professional, to be based in Nicosia.

THE POSITION

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing and managing the Group’s full-funnel digital strategies with strong focus on performance marketing, programmatic and campaign optimization across various digital channels, contributing thus to the enhancement of the Group’s online presence and engagement in the market.

More specifically, the responsibilities of the successful candidate will be the following, amongst others:

  • Develop and implement the Group’s digital strategies

  • Set up, plan and execute all digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising for the brands of the Group

  • Oversee and manage the Group’s online presence, including its websites, social media accounts, and online advertising campaigns

  • Assess the effectiveness of the Group’s digital marketing activities and campaigns using analytics tools to gain valuable insights that can further enhance their performance

  • Contribute to the creation of high-quality content for websites, blogs, social media, and email marketing campaigns that align with the Group’s objectives

  • Closely collaborate with advertising agencies and other external partners to maximise the impact of the Group’s digital marketing projects and promotional campaigns

  • Develop and oversee the creation of influencer partnerships to expand customer reach and engagement

  • Conduct market research to identify emerging digital marketing trends, tools and best practices to enhance campaign effectiveness and maintain a competitive edge in the market

  • Ensure all digital marketing activities comply with relevant legal and regulatory requirements, including data protection and privacy laws

  • Analyse and report on KPIs and make actionable recommendations

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing, Marketing and Communications or in any other related field

  • Master’s degree in a related field will be considered an advantage

  • At least three (3) years of proven experience in a similar role / job position

  • Proficiency with digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEO tools, and social media management software

  • Strong team orientation with an ability to collaborate effectively with people within and outside the Organisation to achieve the desired objectives

  • Strong creative thinking and attention to detail for the creation of original and compelling content

  • Analytical and organisational skills with an ability to effectively manage multiple accounts and projects in adherence to deadlines

  • Excellent command of the Greek and English languages, both verbal and written

  • Excellent computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office

REMUNERATION
