We are seeking a talented and motivated Interior Designer who shares our passion for exceptional design to join our growing team.

The Role As an Interior Designer at Otomi Studio, you will be shaping the atmosphere, functionality, and aesthetic of our high-end residential and commercial projects. You will work within a highly collaborative environment, partnering closely with our architectural team to curate bespoke interiors, from conceptual mood boards down to the finest custom joinery details.

Responsibilities: Develop compelling interior design concepts, mood boards, and spatial layouts that align with the client’s vision and the project's architectural language.

• Detailed Design: Produce accurate technical drawings, including floor plans, elevations, and highly detailed custom joinery/furniture design.

• Sourcing & Specification: Research, source, and specify materials, finishes, lighting, hardware, and FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment).

• Collaboration: Work seamlessly with architects, suppliers, and contractors to ensure the flawless execution of the design intent.

• Presentation: Prepare and deliver high-quality design presentations for clients.

Requirements: Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite (knowledge of Revit is considered a strong plus).

• Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of bespoke detailing, materiality, custom joinery, and current interior design trends.

• Skills: Excellent spatial awareness, organizational capabilities, and a refined eye for high-end aesthetics and proportions.

• Interdisciplinary Interest: An appreciation for architecture and an ability to think holistically about how interior elements interact with the structural envelope.
