Position: SAP Consultant | Enterprise Technology Performance - Nicosia, Cyprus

The Enterprise Technology & Performance team is rapidly expanding and seeking to recruit dynamic and experienced individual to join the team as SAP Consultants, at the levels of Consultant to Assistant Manager, in our Nicosia Office.

The Role

As an SAP Consultant, you’ll be part of an expert team known for bringing together deep industry knowledge and technical proficiency to solve clients’ most complex challenges. You will work side-by-side with our clients and colleagues through every phase of their transformation journey, driving change that delivers lasting value. In this role, the successful candidate will be involved in:

• Deliver technology advisory, solution design, and implementation services focused on SAP products for clients in the Middle East region and Cyprus

• Collaborate with senior leadership to translate business strategies into SAP-enabled technology solutions, ensuring integration with existing systems

• Lead the design and delivery of SAP-based digital transformation programs, driving client adoption and optimizing technology investments

• Configure SAP modules to meet business requirements

• Oversee client projects, manage engagement scope, team members, financials, and delivery of high-quality SAP solutions

• Understanding the client’s strategy and objectives, working closely with stakeholder teams to define, analyse, and implement the target SAP architecture for the project

• Leading the delivery of SAP projects by managing client relationships, defining scope and engagement plans, managing team members and project finances, and ensuring high-quality deliverables

• Advising clients on optimising their SAP investments and leading change management within SAP transformation programmes, ensuring sustainable adoption of new SAP technologies

• Monitoring project progress, managing resources, and implementing corrective actions as required

• Ensuring the quality of project execution and deliverables in collaboration with the Project Lead

• Foster and grow the Middle East SAP client portfolio and strengthen cross-office relationships through regular travel and collaboration

• Supporting business growth through contributions to proposals, training, marketing, communications, and recruitment activities

• Working within and managing diverse teams in an inclusive culture where contributions are recognised and valued

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or any other related field.

• Fluent in English, both written and verbal

• 2+ years of experience working with SAP systems in consulting or enterprise environments

• SAP Professional certification in one or more modules (e.g., Finance, Controlling, Material Management, Sales and Distribution or other relevant modules)

• Proven experience working across full SAP project lifecycles, including scoping and analysis, technical implementation, solution design, testing, and post go-live support

• Proven experience in SAP implementation and integration with other enterprise platforms.

• Project management experience in leading SAP implementations or upgrades.

• Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies, including both waterfall and agile approaches, aligned with SAP best practices

• Strong understanding of business processes and how they integrate with SAP solutions such as S/4HANA, SAP CPI, and other SAP modules

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills tailored to SAP environments

• Willingness and flexibility to travel extensively across Middle Eastern markets

• Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills, including experience working directly with senior client teams

• Fluent in Arabic (verbal)

• Experience with large-scale SAP integration projects spanning multiple business units and geographies

• Multiple SAP certifications or specialization in niche SAP modules (e.g., SAP BTP, SAP Analytics Cloud)

• Track record of delivering SAP solutions for banking or financial sector clients in the Middle East

• Expertise in SAP migration, cloud adoption, or hybrid integration strategies

• Strong advocacy for technology best practices and user-focused solution adoption
