We are seeking a highly motivated IT Support Engineer to join our dynamic IT Department in Nicosia. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining the organization’s IT infrastructure, ensuring system reliability, and providing high-quality technical support to end users.

The Opportunity:

• Provide first-line technical support to end users in a timely and professional manner.
• Good knowledge of Windows Client/Server OS.
• Experience with Microsoft Office 365 administration and troubleshooting (Intune, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams).
• Good knowledge of Active Directory (manage user accounts, permissions, access controls and group policies).
• Understanding networking concepts and telephony systems.
• Support IT projects by contributing technical expertise and ensuring smooth implementation.
• Assist in the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of IT infrastructure.
• Experience with VMware and Hyper-V will be considered an advantage.
• Work effectively as part of a collaborative IT team.
• Communicate clearly and confidently with users, understanding issues from their perspective.
• Manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines under pressure.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date IT documentation and records.
• Ensure adherence to company IT policies, procedures, and standards.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and contribute to enhancing IT support processes.

The Requirements:

• University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology/ Management Information Systems or a related field with grade 2.1 or equivalent.
• Related work experience will be considered an advantage.
• Excellent knowledge of Greek and English language.
