Integrated Management Systems Consultant, Nicosia – IMSC/02/26

Our client, a consulting firm, is looking to hire an experienced professional to join the team for management systems consulting.

Main Responsibilities

• Participation in the implementation of consulting projects related to international management standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 27001, ISO 22301, ISO 31000), as well as corporate governance, internal control systems, and business continuity projects, depending on the consultant’s specialization and experience.
• Mapping and assessment of the current situation (gap analysis & assessment), design and documentation of procedures/policies, and development of templates and tools for clients.
• Design and delivery of workshops and/or training sessions to ensure that systems and solutions are effectively applied in practice, aiming at the meaningful and effective implementation of management systems by clients.
• Collaboration with other company consultants in the implementation of integrated projects that combine multiple standards/themes (e.g., quality, health & safety, information security, business continuity, etc.).
• Support of clients at all stages of the management systems certification process by independent certification bodies.
• Continuous monitoring of developments in their field of expertise (standards, legislation, best practices, etc.) and submission of recommendations for the improvement and enhancement of the company’s services.

Required Qualifications

• University degree related to Sustainability, Energy Management, Environmental Science/Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, Quality, Law, Business Administration, or other related fields.
• A postgraduate degree in one of the above fields will be considered an additional asset.
• At least 3 years of experience in a consultant role, or as an internal auditor, or in quality, risk, internal audit, compliance, or IT/security departments, with involvement in ISO systems.

Proven experience in at least one of the following areas:

• Quality/Environmental/Health & Safety Management Systems (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, etc.).
• Information Security & Business Continuity (ISO 27001, ISO 22301).
• Risk Management & Governance (ISO 31000, internal control frameworks).
• Training and/or certifications as an Internal/Lead Auditor in relevant standards will be considered a strong advantage.
• Certified Vocational Training Instructor (Level 5) approved by the Human Resource Development Authority (HRDA).
• Approved by the Department of Labour Inspection and registered in the Registry of Approved Persons for the provision of External Protection and Prevention Services (EPPS), in accordance with relevant legislation, for the provision of specialized consulting services in Occupational Health & Safety (will be considered a strong advantage).
• Very good command of the Greek and English language, both written and spoken.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, analytical thinking, attention to detail, and excellent communication and collaboration skills.
