KIK Trading Ltd is based in Limassol and was established in 1981.
Today, the company employs more than 300 people and operates in the wholesale trade sector, importing various products (ice creams, food, beverages, confectionery, tobacco, pet foods, toys, cleaning products, etc.), which it distributes island-wide through its own distribution network.
KIK Trading is also active in the retail sector, operating 50 convenience stores under the brands Mini Mall Stores and Portioli Coffee House.

The company is currently seeking to hire a Store Merchandiser to join its team.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

• Implement company merchandising standards and planograms across the stores.

• Check product availability and ensure proper shelf placement.

• Monitor promotions, new products, and marketing activities.

• Control product expiry dates.

• Perform full and partial stock counts in stores.

• Conduct store evaluations and reporting.

• Cooperate closely with the Sales and Marketing departments to achieve targets.

Required Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar position (Merchandiser or Store Supervisor).

• Good knowledge of the retail market and FMCG products.

• Strong organizational skills, reliability, and professional appearance.

• Valid driving license and flexibility to travel.
