Cablenet is seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team on a full-time basis based in Nicosia as a Network Operations Center (NOC) Engineer.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the first-line support of all production systems, services, and networks following pre-defined procedures and processes to resolve issues
• Interact with Cablenet's Engineers and Developers to troubleshoot issues
• Responsible for creating support tickets and escalating issues to the appropriate teams for resolution as well as notifying affected groups about impacting conditions
• Able to work any shift 24/7, including public holidays and weekends
• Recording actions in a concise and clear manner
• Generate reports as required by management
• Any other related duties that will be assigned from time to time by the Employer

Qualifications:

• University degree in Computer Science or other related fields
• Previous experience in a similar position will be considered an advantage
• Cisco Certified Network Associate certification will be considered an advantage
• Problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Fluent in Greek and English
• Ambitious, dynamic, team-oriented, and social individual
