Cap St Georges Hotel & Resort is looking for an experienced, disciplined Head Lifeguard to lead aquatic safety operations at the Cap St Georges Waterpark. This senior operational role is responsible for lifeguard performance, emergency readiness, attraction safety compliance, and the day-to-day supervision of all aquatic zones.

You will ensure international waterpark safety standards, rescue protocols, lifeguard rotations, and training programs are followed consistently and without compromise.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage lifeguard operations across pools, slides, wave pool, lazy river, and splash areas
• Ensure full coverage of all attractions through effective rotation and positioning schedules
• Carry out daily opening and closing safety inspections of aquatic facilities
• Maintain emergency response readiness, including rescue equipment and incident procedures
• Deliver in-service training sessions (rescues, scanning, CPR, AED, first aid)
• Ensure compliance with manufacturer guidelines and safety SOPs
• Supervise, mentor, and evaluate lifeguard supervisors and lifeguards
• Review and submit daily reports, incident logs, and compliance records
• Work closely with Waterpark Management, Engineering, and Medical teams

Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a supervisory lifeguard role (waterpark or resort preferred)
• Valid Lifeguard, CPR, First Aid, and AED certifications
• Strong leadership, discipline, and decision-making skills
• Excellent physical condition and proven rescue capability
• Fluent English required; additional languages are an advantage
