F&S Marina Ltd is seeking a reliable and motivated Marina Attendant to support the daily operations of the marina. This role is ideal for someone with strong customer-service skills, hands-on boating experience, and a passion for delivering high-quality service in a luxury marine environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist yacht owners, captains and visitors with safe berthing, unberthing, docking and line handling.
• Ensure vessels are correctly moored, fendered and presented in line with marina standards.
• Conduct routine patrols of pontoons, quays and facilities to identify hazards or maintenance needs.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety and presentation across all marina areas.
• Operate the fuel dock in accordance with all safety and environmental procedures.
• Provide professional and friendly customer service, responding to enquiries and supporting marina guests.
• Enforce marina regulations and report incidents or irregularities to the Marina Management team.
• Maintain accurate logs, reports and operational records.
• Assist with general operational tasks, events and emergency situations when required.

What we are looking for:

• Experience in a marina, boating or marine customer-service environment is an advantage.
• Confident in rope handling and assisting with vessel movements.
• Proficient swimmer.
• In possession of a small craft driving certificate, or willing to obtain one.
• Good understanding of safe working practices in a marine environment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• A well-presented, professional and approachable personality.
• Fluency in English and Greek, additional languages are an advantage.

• Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Working hours:

• The company operates 7 days per week; employees work 5 days with 2 days off.
• Rotating shifts: 07:00–16:00, 08:00–17:00, 11:00–20:00, 13:00–22:00
