We are seeking to recruit dynamic and high calibre individuals who have strong academic background and are committed in becoming professional accountants for our audit department. The individuals must possess the necessary soft skills that will help them progress in their working environment and their interaction with other team members and clients.

We are currently looking to recruit Senior Auditors for our offices in Nicosia. The successful candidate will be assigned to specific engagements where she/he will be acting as an auditor in charge or working as part of a bigger team in large engagements.

SENIOR AUDITOR

The responsibilities:

• Plan and execute audit assignments in accordance with International Standards on Auditing (ISA);
• Complete audit engagements, review financial statements and tax computations/returns successfully meeting the budgets and deadlines;
• Be able to provide on the job training, support, and guidance to junior/semi-senior auditors throughout the audit process and review their work;
• Reporting results to the Manager;
• Ensure compliance with internal quality and risk management procedures.

The individual:

• ACA or ACCA qualification
• University degree with a strong academic background, preferably in accounting, finance or other related field’
• Minimum 3 years of professional audit experience, preferably with a medium or large size Audit Firm
• Very good knowledge of the IFRS’s, ISA’s and Cyprus taxation
• Excellent computer literacy (knowledge of CaseWare and CaseWare International will be considered as an advantage)
• Excellent command of the Greek and English languages both written and spoken
• High level of organizational and time management skills
• Excellent analytical skills
